REGULATION

on the honorary title of the Federation of Mountaineering and Sports Climbing of the Kyrgyz Republic "Ak-ilbirs"


The title "Ak-ilbirs" is awarded to a person who has fulfilled the standard with the presentation of a certificate, a badge and a commemorative statuette.

Documents confirming the fulfillment of the standard are submitted to the Mountaineering and Sports Climbing Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The decision to award the title "Ak-ilbirs" is adopted by the Board of the MASCF KR and formalized by the relevant Protocol.

The accounting of the assigned titles "Ak-ilbirs" is maintained by the Federation of Mountaineering and Sports Climbing of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The standard for conferring the title "Ak-ilbirs" is to climb the three highest peaks located on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Pobeda Peak (7 439 m)
2. Peak Lenin (7 134 m)
3. Peak Khan-Tengri (7 010 m)

The honorary title "Ak-ilbirs" is the basis for submission to the authorized state body for obtaining a sports title – a candidate master of sports of the Kyrgyz Republic in mountaineering.

Decisions on issues not specified in this Regulation are taken by the Board of the MASCF KR.
